Chili Hot Dog Recipes
I've been given many different hot dog chili recipes. My signature chili recipe was given to me by a Chef with the greatest words of wisdom. He said if you find a good recipe, to make it better you must tweek it to your taste. He gave me a 70+ year old German recipe used up in North Jersey. When he emailed me the recipe he suggest I try a couple of his changes. With my few additions, I believe I'm near perfect.
You'll find all the recipes bewlow have 80% the same ingredients. How much of each ingredient you should put in is up to you.
